Please note, due to the COVID-19, there may be delays on dispatch and/or shipping timeframes outlined below. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
Dispatch
Bloom Affirmation Cards: Please allow 2 business days for dispatch.
Art Prints: Each artwork is made-to-order. Please allow for 1 week for unframed prints to be dispatched, and 2 weeks for framed prints to be dispatched.
Shipping Details - Domestic Standard
We are shipping from NSW, for most AU states please allow 7 business days from the date of dispatch (see above) for your parcel to arrive. For NT and WA customers please allow 14 business days from the dat of dispatch (see above). We will ship with either Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers.
Shipping Details - Domestic Express
Australia Post has currently suspended their next-business-day guarantee. For most AU states please allow 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch (see above) for your parcel to arrive. For VIC customers please allow 4 business days, and for NT and WA customers please allow 7 business days from the date of dispatch (see above).
Shipping Details - International
We are shipping from Australia which unfortunately means shipping can be quite expensive for our International customers. Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks from the date of dispatch (see above) depending on your location. We use a mixture of Australia Post and couriers.
Any items shipped internationally may incur fees and duties charged by customs in the country you are shipping to. You are responsible for paying any of these fees and duties and your item will not be released until they are paid. Before you purchase, please ensure you are aware of these fees as we are not able to advise how much they will cost.
Art Print Shipping/Freight Packaging
Framed prints arrive ready to hang. We take great care in packaging your print so it can ship safely.
Unframed prints are shipped in tubes with bubble wrap to prevent damage, please lay flat on arrival with a weight on top to flatten them.
